All value created by the Company is created through the labor of its Workers. You workers labor for several hours each day to produce the value which pays for your salary.
But then, you continue working. Working for free, and what you produce does not go to you. Your time is stolen by the Shareholder.
Through their ownership of the machines, materials, tools, and land necessary to carry out the work, the Shareholder steals from you your surplus labor - in the form of profit. All profit is time theft from workers.
