Over the past few years, they have reduced the auto-deactivation time. In NY they'll deactivate building access if you haven't swiped it at that building in the last month.

Every area is not doing it. I think the number of swipes varies by Lob - anywhere from 10 to 14. If you are being monitored they should tell you
