An EC in the NE Region was porking everything that moved- and everyone knew it!! He was a pet of the Gnome Queen of Darkness and when she got promoted- he got canned so the next RP wouldn't get stuck with him. At least that was one move I agreed with!!!

in the florida region can’t say how many astl’s are having realtions with their team members and the stl’s turn a blind eye.
as long as they get theirs.(they also have innappropriate realtions with team members this includes tl’s atl’s! )

i don’t know about the rest of the company but at my store the stl is always working the floor but when the stl is not here astl’s and the hired full time shifty are in their office not checking on teams out side their field of view of their window.
stl’s work way too hard to be letting their leadership team taking it easy.
it hurts to see how hard the stl works only to have the astl’s eat and watch sport events on tv while they are off.
too many problems in whole foods !
all leadership only promotes their friends with no actual education or real reason other it’s their friends.
if union is not possible get amazon leadership involved!
put programs in place that focus on filling the floor and customer service!
store fulness should be #1 along with happy customers for repeat buisness not focusing on a profram that only focuses on clipboards and labor cuts!
Amazon has a team to take care of any group in the company that disagree with their policies if you wanna to star a union in wholefoods you will not succeed.
Amazon knows what they are doing, if you are not happy start to look for another job! THINGS ARE NOT GOING TO GET BETTER FOR TEAM MEMBERS! FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!
don’t get me wrong but atl’s are part of the bargaining chip which means they can be part of the union but not tl’s but with amazon purchasing whole foods in their union prevention video they said supervisors and above.

All Team leaders that work in Massachusetts got a 2 dollar raise due to the increase wage to 15 $ a hour for team members. But because of that the gainshare was ended, I believe all atl got a 1$ raise
judging by the $2 raise comment someone in that region has a grudge with a tl a higher up?
i thougt amazon was cutting prices?
