I let folks go who did not qualify for the full semester of ESPP. They instead got their contribution to ESPP. I am probably next. The worm will definitely turn...

You won't get the ESPP. You will get the money back as if you didn't participate in the program this semester.
You get keep them.
OP here: Question is mainly for 2H 2018 ESPPs that will be deposited in Dec 2018. I would like to know the impact of early employment termination on ESPPs during the purchase period.
