Claims and receiving team lead are gone. 2 fulltime and 1 part-time in receiving. That will be for receiving and claims.

Taking my severance and leaving after 23 years. Not the same company it once was. So sorry Mr. Sam, they have made a mess of your company!
We know because we were all told in a meeting this morning.....ask a claims or receiving associate in your club when you see one.

Just got the letter no more receiving clerk/team leader or claim down to two people that can do both
Just told them I’ll be taking the severance after 26 years of service. Lot of knowledge will be leaving the clubs.
This should make for a really fun holiday shopping season. Good luck to those that will still be employed and stuck trying to dig out.

Just had our meeting, two back room associates, depending on Club volume, Receiving and Claims now will be together. Each associate can run either or both areas. No longer Monday thru Friday, could be various times of day also. Could be the two schedules will cover Back Room seven days a week. Severance packages will be offered. And now it begins again.
Are they keeping claims clerk to help with receiving since they are knowledgeable or they dumping the only person who knows how to do anything??
