PTC next then membership. Followed by pharmacy and optical after the new year.
If you are a claims associate you are not getting a raise however your cap will increase.
There is no pay being taken away. Position are a C anyway

I know there is no longer a claims I also know that we are all backroom associates but if we are all the same level now who is going to have a pay adjustment?
Also, why are you so unhappy? I don't know who you work with or where you work but my team is always busy.

so is claims getting a raise? If claims is equal with receiving clerk then either claims will get a raise or the clerk position will lose money.
Announcement was they are getting rid if receiving team lead and and claims and other invoice clerk/backroom associates. It will be just 2 backroom associates now and they will be on the same level, and both will have to know claims and receiving.
Waiting on PTC's future...
