Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Can... is definitely legit in San Fran. Anyone that is there in OOW is probably doing it - because how else can you sanely think that Oracle has a functional cloud!.

LE was nervous today because he knows that Fusion Apps is a house of cards. Majority are financially engineered contracts and now the sh_t is hitting the fan.

The Wed. keynote by LE was so boring. I think I could have shown more enthusiasm and done better as presenter if I had looked at slides a few minutes in advance...and I know nada about Fusion Apps.

Only time LE looked enthusiastic was product placementvplugging his Nobu restaurant in PA. Oh yes and tactlessly using his $400 dinner for 2 receipt last night at Nobu in the demo to show how rich he is and how "reasonable" the cost was on an expense account report.

I am very sorry for you all. He is truly dialing it in.

Unfortunately LE believes his own rhetoric, and removes those who voice differing opinions. It has worked oh so well until now.

LE's mobster rhetoric and wisecracks worked well with an audience when ORCL was king of the hill. Now he sounds just plain foolish and completely out of touch. Time for him to ride into the sunset. Maybe he can entertain the country club regulars every morning at Indian Wells instead.

Haha, oracle has a cloud ? their customers (hostage) are not aware of it, lje is a big old joke. it does not impress customers anymore.

People go to OOW only because of the food.

Every year for last 3 years Larry gives the same pitch....... Oracle has the best cloud. We are 10-100X faster ..... we are at LEAST 50% to 1000% cheaper than AWS.

I call bulls&$t.... AWS is smashing Oracle. If the above were true why are customers not buying Oracle infrastructure cloud. They are NOT stupid or maybe Larry’s story and facts are BS.
