This is to the person about a boil on an asscheek! You must a corporate executive, or Fritz himself! These terminations are very hard for people that have nothing to go back on! For you to call a former employee a "waste of skin", or "the company will be fine without you" tells us that you are heartless, just like the executive's! You need to bear in mind that these people have feelings, and just dont need your sh--! Let's take the thousands of rail workers that were shafted by this company, and put them in front of your smartass! I'll bet your tune will change!
Not deferring blame. Yes, it is my problem (easy solution find a better company to work for). The post was just simply pointing out exactly what the other two posts explained. Nothing more or less.
Tax cuts had nothing to do with your lay-off. You were a thistle chopped out of the grass. A boil popped on a giant a$$. A waste of skin. The company will be fine without you. Harsh but true. So don’t try to defer blame. This is your problem. No one else is culpable.
The tax cuts given to companies and the 1% went into stock buy backs and pockets of the rich. Make no mistake, that was not a middle class tax cut. In fact, say goodbye to Medicare and social security soon enough if the current administration has its way. There’s only one party in power right now with the majorities to make it happen, our fates Sadley lie in their hands.
Sorry to hear it! Stay strong! The "tax cuts" put an extra billion dollars in the company's hands! With the ensuing cuts taking place, that increases the profit margin! It's greed, period! The company is going to do whatever it takes to maximize it profits! I used to believe management was where the security was! I simply dont believe that anymore! Unless you have your lips pressed against the corporate asscheeks, then no job is safe!
