Thread regarding Sears layoffs

This is a strange lawsuit to deal with right now

Couldn't have this been agreed on outside of involving the court? Seriously?

A group of Sears' landlords laid out in a court filing a set of requests for the retailer's upcoming store closures, asking the bankruptcy court to limit the size, wording, and style of the stores' liquidation sale signs.

Can't blame the landlords....They are merely protecting their interests.

That's not protecting interests ......this is a matter of control in the same way an HOA controls people over holiday decorations. No one will think an entire mall is closing if Sears puts up banners. Malls and centers always try this c--r--a--p and the court always rejects it.

It was filed through the court.

It’s listed in the prime clerk website

No. Now that they’ve filed BKO everything has to go through the court.
