In 3 short years, Fritz and Co. (Rob Knight = stooge) have taken a once great company and turned it in to the Dollar General of Railroads. If Fritz's only actions are to listen to the Wall Street Analysts and do what they say, then why do we pay him? Any stooge can listen to Wall Street Analysts and do what they say. It takes a man - Warren Buffet - to know that he knows his own business better than Wall Street and do the right thing.

Here is my analogy we are are JEWISH and LANCE is running his own concentration camp in Nazi germany. He will slaughter us before we can even blink. Hes a scummy commy!
Totally agree, this railroad is being run into the ground. Employees are treated unfairly and the union doesn’t protect its members.
Lance never cared. When he came to Labor Relations he said he was a concerned Christian man who wanted blah blah blah. I knew then he was one of the biggest liars we would ever meet! He was only out for self and protected self! You are just a number to him. I understand business and the need to adjust but he just does not get it.
It all about his wallet, and maximizing his paychecks! It always has been and always be! Lance Fritz DOES NOT CARE about his employees! He would sacrifice everyone if he has to, to protect his paycheck!
