Im just curious if anyone else in Rf engineering is looking to leave? I have not put my name in just yet but I have heard rumors of us potentially being outsourced. I cant get anything out of my boss

Heard from my manager all directors and above who are left....will be shuffled. Once that is done there will be a flat out rif if they dont meet desired numbers. This is for wireless. Applies to RF as well as other groups who work with them. You know who you are.
Maybe that's because your boss is leaving?
both managers in my immediate team (engineering, but not RF engineering) are leaving. I'm concerned that rather than promote someone from our team, they're just going to move us under another management chain, so they don't have to promote. A chance of promotion could be a factor in deciding.
