I used to think that UP paid well. Now that I have talked to a few people that have left, I’m learning that I was wrong.
There definitely is life after UP. As mentioned. UP looks great on a resume. I left for a 30% raise. 2 years later I was making over double my UP salary better bonuses and an amazing work life balance.

Started the process with Wabtec the day we announced PSR. Getting the timing right so I can use my vacation to take some insured time off before I start.

There is money well spent! Maybe I could recommend something innovative like changing job titles. I’m pretty sure that would increase efficiency!
