Heard the company is soon going to this type of scheduling. Some clubs are already doing it. What are the details on this?

Full time associates get scheduled in the 5:00-1:30 or 1:30-10:00 shifts part time associates get put into a 4 hour block shift usually between 9:00am to 9pm and overnights stays overnights. We have been testing at our club for the past few months and while it takes some getting use to it’s not that bad, we actually have been able to add more full time shifts and work on cross training for associates within each workgroup.
Hey California, how does it work for part time associates? Are they full time or do they only work 4 days a week, which would be 32 hours. Please give more details.
How does that work for part time associates?
That sounds like another club I heard where everybody was assigned an area to stock along with there own job. Sounds like more downsizing. You wouldn't need an overnight manager, take .50 cents away from over night stockers. Then you would not need as many associates in the warehouse. They have it figured out.
It’s happening at clubs here in California and also in clubs in Texas. Cashiers, cart attendants, door greeters, MSS all included. They help on the floor where needed until 7am.
Where did you receive your information. That's full time shifts. Cashiers, part timers, door greeter would not be working this schedule. If there is two shifts it would be for night shift coming to days the talk has been.
