Anybody else see the email saying not to worry because Sears is busy fixing everything? Does anybody believe this sh*t anymore?

I think all of us managers got that email today. Am I the only manager suddenly getting non-sense emails and assigments from senior management attempting to look as though they're necessary, lmao! What a stinking joke! Seriously??? Never heard from these people since I've been here! Now they're scrambling to show that they're somehow relevant! Your salaries and positions should be a part of immediate "shrink reduction" measures in order to restructure and move forward!

Funny how the “Transformation” was more of a narrative than actual substantive plan.
It’s all part of the transformation.
Some have been so deeply "programmed" that way that that they do think that way, but I think that most people don't really believe it but have to act like they do so they can keep the job until they are able to find something better so that they can leave on their terms and not Sears Holdings'.
