With the fact that not many people moving to Infosys, it will be a big trouble in 3 areas. 1) New hires will not have the domain knowledge and it takes forever to learn. 2) Each existing employee working on multiple projects (covering 2 to 3 staff members work) cannot be replaced and 3) the people who move to Infosys will be penalized with too much work probably 10 members work which will make them leave. The project with Infosys will not go for 5 years. Infosys got to do better attract these employees one way or the other to avoid losing the contract.

folks who do not transition or eisp will be laid off. making budget comes first. stay tuned.
Amen to that, shankar itself acknowledged that these employees are valuable and that is why offered to Infosys. With the time taking, things will collapse instead of fixing the issues. If all can be done from offshore, Verizon did not have to offer 700 million to Infosys or rather would have done by themselves and saved extra money. It is not going to help the business model.
How do you know the numbers? Everything can be solved with some time, and loads of people from offsite
