Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Good earnings, but declines are expected in Q4

No one can argue that the numbers are as good as they can possibly be, but this article states that declines will follow in Q4 and that the 14 nm shortage will finally kick in and reflection the company’s revenue. I was hoping to get some thoughts on that on this thread.

Haven’t heard anything regarding the security flaws that have been built into the CPU chipsets in awhile, long while....which is effecting the following Tech companies (Intel, AMD, and etc). What say you Intel geniuses? Purposely designed or blatant design flaw without accountability?
