I think you confuse LR with Furlow. Furlow is mandatory holiday vacation. LR is Labour Force reduction. They are not the same things. C-workers are required to take holiday leave that they can offset. B's have mandatory PTO

I am a contractor and my company told me it would be Dec 21 for us. The bad thing is that they are not supposed to tell us until THE DAY OF....no warning! Luckily he is telling all of us on the down low so we can start looking...although he told me to start looking back in September as he knew it was to be a blood bath. Overall they are looking to cut about 30-35% by the time it is all over.
