Im under 39 and i know i have 15 days,but 15 from when? Oct 23 when they first told us or when? My GM said Dec 7th will be my last day still. Is that true?

Depends on your age, if your under 39 you have 15 days
Yes you can let them know anytime. Just remember to clear your career preference of anything.
