If anyone should be getting bigger raises it's the associates who are on the front lines with members. The whole front end is what keeps the club going between cashier's, desk, click n pull, cart associates or even the floor associates that support them.
Meanwhile the Fresh departments, whom never help out anywhere, will be able to get three different pay tiers because they cut meat, stack apples or put frozen merchandise into an oven?
@aim I've worked the Front end, Bakery, Deli and Produce. Working in the Fresh Depts is a vacation compared to what you deal with on the Front end.

Those who check prices and have a radio should get the raises? Man, buncha ignorance is all I see. Anyone who does not work fresh does not know jack. But keep thinking that. That will make it true...
The people that should get the raise, are the people that work hard and have a radio to answer all the fresh calls!!!!! This is coming from someone who doesn’t work in fresh, our fresh people are scared of the radio even the TL doesn’t have one. I have to walk to the other side of the club to do their stuff (get this, price checks, do we have this.... ) even our managers don’t do that!!!! So give me the money!!!!
Obviously spoken by people with no clue. Go ahead and try out for one of the positions in fresh, see what you think. You'll be happy to scan items across a register after that.
I agree and keep adding work to leads and now backroom associates with no extra pay. But someone that is just doing the job they get extra money. That's nuts.
