Joined an equipment vendor. Orders of magnitude better management. Projects are prioritized and not a political minefield like PTD. Also I get to work with various RnD teams at various customers across Asia, Europe and North America- PTD culture is clearly toxic and unlike any other company.

Good for you. I have a good buddy who works for an equipment vendor (small company, 400 employees) and he's super happy there.
