About 25 layoffs for operations AML analyst in Tampa too. 11/01/2018
I can confirm that there were layoffs in the AML department as I was affected by it. Happened less than 24 hours ago. About 30+ employees impacted.

Here is a novel idea...perhaps those that work at the ofallon site should realize that when there are muliplte locations doing the work that means they compete against each other for the work when the volume isn't there. So if you still have your job but your not doing the job move on because you put the rest of our jobs here at risk. Just sayen. Theyshould have moved some of those people to the other groups and cut the dead weight and by dead weight i mean all the lazy asses who are not producing.
I got my information from sitting here watching it happen.
All of AML wasn't affected just they 1 department.
I understand companies need to lay off people from time to time but i do have an issue laying off people in the USA while boosting the Costa Rica office. Most of CPWM is there.

Who did someone hear that there are more layoffs coming in the AML department? Do you have dates can you give more details.
I did hear that there are 2 more waves of layoffs for AML.
When they started the AML department here a lot of us knew that it would not last!
it just seems like the company is going in another direction...like credit cards and banking only.
Not just CPWM management but the entire department in O”Fallon, MO. Guess it’s cheaper to hire people to do the job in another country.
I didn't think it would be this soon.
but I'm sure there will be more to come shortly.
