Anyone found better healthcare options outside of this new plan?

Today is annual enrollment. Also gone is the infertility benefit that we previously had. At this point they aren't even trying to pretend to care about the employees.

This was so depressing to read. We just got our “your benefits are going to sh--” letter via email in the last few days. I hate to see what the premiums are going to be.

John V is going to make more in less than a year than I have in my entire Xerox career. When you make millions what do you care about deductibles, premiums and coinsurance? LET THEM EAT CAKE!

What a great leader. What a great motivator you are.

With a 6000 deductible and a 30 percent coinsurance after that and being forced to only go to cvs, it will actually be cheaper to send your pr-scrip-ions to Walmart and not apply it to your insurance and use a goodrx coupon. As an example a generic my son takes last year it eould cost over $800 for a 90 day supply. Cost $250 at Walmart with the Goodrx coupon.

So this is what the health care plan looks like at a technological powerhouse.

Would you buy products from a company with an unstable future, where the focus is no longer about delivering incomparable products and services? A company whose main agenda is now driving shareholder value/increasing the stock price by a hand picked team of the major shareholder so it can be sold. Previous Xerox Board of Directors and Senior leadership have failed all of us miserably and exponentially accelerated our demise when Xerox acquired ACS; between the deceitful practices of ACS management along with the inherented baggage of Icahn and Deason, we never stood a chance. There had got to be a place in hell reserved for all of them.

This is where GIS is feeling the Mother Xerox bite. They keep talking about us being one Xerox, one big happy family. Well, you can keep your insurance coverage because it stinks versus what GIS had before. GIS used to be protected, now we are ALL sharing in the pain.

Though the pharmacy policy is annoying, other large companies have a same one.

Is it legal to only allow one choice in pharmacy. Seems like all an employee needs to do is prove another pharmacy is providing lower cost. If baby do that m; it would indicate a monopoly between Cerox and CVS pharmacy’s. Maybe Xerox employees should start exploring that avenue?

There's a cold place in hell for all of those HR scumbags who came up with this plan. Bench-marking against what other companies are doing, My a--.

No biometric sceens either. Assuming that means both the onsite and third-party ones. Wonder if that means they're taking away the corresponding premium credit as well?
