How about their slogan, Perfect Service”, then being told by a manager that we don’t have time for perfect service.
I reported The Scooter Store to Medicare fraud line and knee orthosis. I see Humana got fined by Medicare for paying fraudulent claims. Yes, I reported but was told to just follow the process flow. Member never having had diagnosis of condition and no association with physician signing check box form. Told to approve per criterial and not to think

Been with Humana 12 years. Could not ask for anything better. Yes they want you to work..... how terrible. The pay is excellent when you do your job and care and management is fantastic. Go in with a good attitude and it will be a career. Go in not caring about the company or members and it will be horrible

This seems to be true and the impact appears to cover a large portion of the organization. People quitting and not be replaced with changes to processes causing huge decreases in work
Volume should be writing on the wall

Answer is yes and very soon. Look for end of Sept, they need you off the books by end of Q4. Emails for meetings will be due by 4th week of Sept.

Do not work for this company. This is the worst place I have every worked and I'm looking for a job elsewhere. If you want every second of your day monitored, scrutinized, and get a weekly beat down from you coach because your mps metrics don't meet their expectations, then being and RN CM is for you. Honestly, I don't take breaks except to go to the bath room and eat lunch while I'm working and it's still not good enough. No idle time demanded. We're supposed to chart care plans while talking to our members and keep that mouse moving at all time. No s**t. Caring about your mbrs and helping them is not the objective, it's all about the money. Don't waste your time.

It’s “rumored “ a few managers who weren’t part of the rif found jobs outside of Humana and Lynn chose who will get to stay from the rif. As a federally funded program this probably breaks a law and doesn’t follow Humana process! On the surface this reeks of the usual bias in LTIH. I’m gonna be as transparent as the leaders are😏

Got caught in October. Was told I was being forced into a Telephonic job and if I didn’t want that then consider it my resignation. At first told my job change would change for 2 months and then a week later was told it was permanent. Thanks for giving a c-ap about your hard working employees

Tired of hearing, transparent, that is the new word for this day and age, honesty would be much kinder to everyone that has helped build this program. Managers use this word way to much, this is what they are instructed to say.

My new peers and I have been talking and we do not think the program will be around much longer at all. I am looking for another job so I can be prepared. I think we all should. They are not transparent and I believe they are going to concentrate more on kindred instead

No. They gave 90 day notice this time. Obviously you weren’t impacted last poster.

It's 60 days notice, not 90.

You can find employment after you are fully released from Humana and no longer required to report. ... meaning you are released early. I am thinking Humana is getting smart with the 90 day notice. Hoping staff won’t be able to wait that long before getting released and quit and then they won’t have to pay severance. When in doubt on the answer call hr4u You can’t sign your severance noticed until after the April 27th. You can’t sign it sooner than that time.

Can a person still receive the severance package if they are offered another job outside of Humana?

Well I was laid off in Aug of 2017 and it hasn't stopped since then. So I'm going to say 100% chance of YES. Thought I would stop by after seeing a friend was axed. I guess things haven't changed.
