Lol. Our club has been at 34 hours for about 2 months now . Every one is on edge. As for the fresh Raises. It takes 6-10 months just to pass the first belt and only two people have it. Sams hasn’t even initiated the produce and Bakery Training even though they claim they have . And sams share? More like what share?
Sam's share is up, raises in the fresh areas, morale is at an all time high.
Our morale is low also, everyone is worried about there job. If we'll be the next to close. Not good
Moral is at an all time low. We don't care about anything, why should we?
When it happened to audit the watchers was out in full alert , watching every move , just waiting to gossip, we where able to keep the schedule for the remainder of 60 days . The gossip was already going , after losing job position and some pay per hour it wasn’t enuff, some how we was getting special treatment. It seemed losing job title and pay wasn’t enuff for the watchers , they wanted blood I guess , it seemed they wanted them to kick us some more . Yep that WAS the life at the club . People wasn’t worried about doing there job , they watched and complained , don’t wanna work jus complain , The watchers and complainers . They R out there and they R watching .
My club, nothing really changed. The teamlead was pretty much a weak person. Had no backbone. Didnt care. So he actually is taking the severance. The other 2 are getting the full time spot. And we will promote a PT back there and they get s raise. My club usually dont let all the changes bother us. We understand its retail.
Most people are just being nosey and annoying to the people it is effecting.
