Post any information about potential or actual Xerox Layoffs in 2019?

I retired from Xerox in May after 31 years took another position elsewhere and just requested my lump sum pay
Out to an IRA no trust in this company I'm sad for all here impacted
I thought the layoffs weren’t happening to the service department?? How would you lose position as FSM?
Where did you hear about the HCL axe? I have heard things about the various GISX wave dates. I know some are planned for around Thanksgiving. But I hadn't heard about any more.
Well...the ax just fell and HCL wants all rebadged employees gone by the end of January...am guessing it will be before then...I get to train my replacement and have to look happy about. Can't wait to see how thay handle our tough customes
It is interesting to me that GISX is the only profitable division in Xerox and yet Visentin is choosing to decimate GISX instead of cleaning the House Of Xerox. The dinosaur and cash drain is Xerox. Such a shame. Sell Global and let it do the job it does so well.
Still happening, got word that my position as a FSM will be eliminated soon. at least I got a little heads up about it.

GISX core companies were informed to start the layoffs.
It Managers, customer care managers and warehouse managers were the ones that I was aware of
More layoffs today. Not sure the count but Global purchasing got laid off this morning.
Don't have any info on this yet but SO many people are now retiring / resigning ahead of any more cuts it's killing the rest of us. I have my own plan but I have to hang a little while longer - until then, it's hell. :(
