I was employed at PB for 28 yeard and 7 months, be smart get out. Find something better, I was a senior tech, 30 bucks an hour and taking problems home all the time. Raises jajajajajaja your funny you dont get none once you make more money, i knew guys 32 to 34 years making 27.50 an hour. My next job i started with 30 bucks and i deal with less B.S . CEO is not a PB man, does not ubderstand anything but money, my manager had at least 50 to 70 guys under him. He was the last one left of at least 8 managers, so he was stressed out.
Layoffs are happening right now( first two weeks of Oct) commerce services division. 50 people. Many top execs from Newgistics acquisition. Costing company a bundle to keep clients from leaving. A mess.

Disenfranchising Staff.

Shrinking everything or just totally destroying anything they buy or inherit.

Follow the pack. Replicate poorly trail blazing market leaders.

Not committed to anything, as don't know who or what they are. Jack of many trades. Master of none.

They are chancers with a scatter gun hoping one bullet hits the target.

Will jettison anything if any willing takers can be found.
WHAT DO YOU THINK. LOW STOCK PRICES EVEN AFTER SELLING DMT DIVISION. DIVIDENDS CUT AGAIN. EVERY YEAR SMALLER CUSTOMER BASE. LOW R &D. SO WHAT IS THE FUTURE. ???? DEFINITELY MORE LAY OFF. THE WHOLE COMPANY ITSON THE EDGE, CEO IS AN OUTSIDER WHO IS FLAILING ONE DUMB DECISION AT A TIME.
Pitney is a disaster if u stay u will be unemployed
