There is no HR announcement on 15th...the c-ap lies on this site are too funny. Everyone been saying same thing for over a year now and nothing has changed. Kroger's in our region is not CAO or even a mention of it coming anytime soon.

We aren't going anywhere. Kelloggs is down 3.5% in the 3rd quarter. How's not having DSD doing for them? Without DSD, Nabisco sales will take a dive into the abyss! Retailers may force it eventually, but not for a long time

As tactless as management is, and they take the cake, announcement won’t come in town hall. They are pathetically stupid, almost feel sad for them. HR is a circus. When announcements come HR will drop the ball. One team....haha!

It won't end for a few more years. Nothing else to suggest any earlier right now. No hints or announcements of cut backs or layoffs.

To be honest, it was pretty vague... as always.

They talked plans to ramp up marketing, operations.. becoming more cost effective, etc.

But they didn't go into detail on ANYTHING.

So.. who knows what the plan is.. as of this moment.. it sounds like DSD is a strength for the company.. but we'll see!

Net revenues down, N.A. organic sales are down. Best business decision would be to keep ramming the DSD iceberg.

Kroger going cao, completely by sometime in 2019. Retailers are taking back control and increasing margins which they are squeezing to stay competitive! Not a slim chance dsd isn’t ending!

DSD is not going anywhere for our company.

Nothing really. However it was stated again that DSD is a strategic advantage which they want to leverage. Just saying what was said.

I'd say definitely layoffs in 2019. Not sure if we'll exit DSD completely though. Phasing out

No Layoffs! We're growing! The shareholders love DSD! Big cash cow for them! Look at all the money rolling in! 💰

You must me a new B . I do not know how long you have worked for this company but you have wishful thinking. DSD is on its way out . You need to read one specific paragraph of the president of the company’s speech after announcing 3rd quarter results. It specifically says that in September of 2018 the company has approved money for severance until 2022. There will be layoffs . Step by step we will all be gone by 2022.

Oh your right! Keebler crackers were a buck last week, status quo right? We can keep doing things just like we are! Why would you think so? Look at Meijer contest, Keebler kicked our butt! Only way we can compete is to get rid of dsd, retailers as well! Those that think otherwise live in Lala land!

Aren't we suppose to have an announcement on Nov 1st then another one on 15th. Then what ever changes happen go live 2019 January.

Routes are big already from increasing them 2yrs ago. Some sort of changes are probably coming in 2019 but who knows what.

Speaking as a sales rep. , I think the routes will get bigger and some of the sales reps will be laid off.

Not going to happen any time soon. We barely have enough people on our team as it is to get the job done.
