Even though nobody can argue this, as the law states that a supplier can ask for the return of merchandise, if it was supplied to the retailer 45 days or less prior to the ch11 Filing, and at this point it is not even important if it’s physically possible to return the appliances, but this is a sad reminder of how once partnering companies don't believe that Sears will survive. If Whirlpool, as the largest unsecured creditor wants out, and save as much money as it could be saved at this point, what can the remaining Sears workers expect when all this goes downhill, and how the hell can they expect to get what the company owes them.
