My local Sears closed on June. Now I see my local K'Mart in this list. That's pretty sobering given those stores have been around for decades, and the areas they are in, are not depressed.
Especially sad because I would use that K'Mart for last minute Christmas decorations, which you could get at outrageous discounts. Now I actually have to plan ahead.
