Watch the Twitter feed for Sears and see the frustration of customers who can't get good merchandise or a repair made. That's the result of the transformation and upper management shafting. Not some BS about Halloween candy.

The true betrayal is Sears Corporate management who betrayed its employees by mismanaging this company and driving it into the ground.....and customers who felt betrayed by the company as well and stopped shopping at Sears.
