I am an ex-audit associate, lost pay when I accepted an overnight position. Manager said there was nothing he could do, Called H/O to challenge this decrease in pay, took 3 mths but I got my rate of pay back plus back pay. Don't let anyone tell you that you have to accept a lower pay rate, call H/O

Yup they changed it in like July, after that you have to lose money if you go to a lower pay rate position.

When audit got eliminated there was a clause in the pay plan that if your position got eliminated, you would keep your pay regardless of what position you took. The company took that clause out in June or July, so now you WILL lose pay if you go down a level.
