Still rumors about another round after the company financial call. Not park-wide but specific departments and mid-level leadership. Also rumors of a leadership rotation at the park president level: San Diego, San Antonio, Sesame Place. All rumors though.

Your manager can not tell you as that breaks company rules. If your not worried about being laid off, then why are you looking at this website? You are looking because you know it’s going to happen. If you trusted your manager for all your info, you would not even be looking here.
What a dumb take, of course you’re hearing it on a website first.
Somebody (who I personally appreciate) is doing us a solid by leaking information here.

Again, someone has called this on TheLayoff before it was announced to the rest of us.
So, my question to my manager: why am I hearing about this on some random website instead a regular internal channel.... It makes no sense for the company, makes no sense for the employee.

This Tuesday...
Earnings report will be positive with a positive attendance gain and increase in revenue compared to a year ago. The company will say they are still working on hitting their financial targets for 2019 (that means layoffs kids). Layoffs expected over the next few weeks along with a park president shift. San Diego/San Antonio GMs to corporate positions. Sesame GM to San Antonio. CEO expected to be announced.

I actually see them painting and fixing up the place so I'm not sure what you are talking about. They are filling positions so I cant see how they would be doing layoffs also? Could be a good time to get a new park president at our park.
No Layoffs are coming, there would be a hiring freeze on but we are still hiring full time positions, a buyout is more likely in 2019. Hopefully new owners will treat the staff better. Who wants to bet?

A couple supervisor friends posted about these rumours and how they don't want to go to work today and find out if they're true.
Many people resigning. This is sh-- company. Back stabbers. Benefits no longer good no raises but they raised our insurance cost! Place is filthy all anybody says is no money to clean or paint or fix. House of cards. Can't believe fools buy the stock.
