Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Are layoffs done for this week?

Please tell me there will be no more layoffs this week. This constant anticipation and stressing are exhausting.

Same question as last reply... which org does the SVP who’s retiring work... I haven’t seen anything... but thst’s Par for course in the company. Those st the top don’t even know who gets impacted when people leave. Recently overheard a conversation where 1 person was telling another that they were going to escalate to a SVP that deliverables from said SVP org was not being worked due to people being let go. The other person said: i’m Not sure SVP cares as they also don’t work here anymore.

Seriously try to relax. If something happens to you, you will learn life without Xerox is really wonderful. No kidding. It’s great. You will make it.

When it's Friday at 5pm, you can relax. Until then, you never know.
