This doesn't come as a surprise, as it was announced earlier, and is in compliment with the company's new strategy of restructuring and moving into new market, but it's official now so i thought id post this info. Resideo Technologies began trading as an independent company on the on the stock market on Monday. I'm just wondering will any changes or restructurings happen at Resideo, now that the company is not under the Honeywell umbrella.
