@yng - It was with great interest that I read your post. Although I haven't worked at Sears for several years, I vividly remember battling the exact same issues that you're facing today. I also recall about five years ago the HE Signing Dept. stating that all these issues would be corrected in short order. It seems as if every SHLD system and initiative is purposely designed to fail. It is no surprise that SHLD faltered and ended up in bankruptcy.

Whomever is responsible for generating the signs for today’s ad should be terminated!!

What a joke if an ad.. over 5,000 signs store wide

Over 750 signs for div71 of which only 138 signs were good.

This year Christmas trees have S-1 signs so why would they even generate R-4s? And being a new pog why wouldn’t they generate enough S-1 signs for them all?

Every week I take care to scan all my signs as I go through Dept 6 & 71 and signs I do not need I scan as not needed!

What is the point of trying to do it correctly if HE is just going to create so many weird signs of all sizes and for products we don’t even carry

Just really aggravating that there was sooooooooo many signs that were not needed!!!

Just got in this morning. As usual, out of 20 sncs, only three are working. There were eight of us this morning to do the adset. The rest of the sncs will not scan, will not hold a charge longer than 10 minutes or will not respond. Someone suggested that we get ipads checked out to us since they have everything that a snc has, including all the SHC apps and a scanner, but the managers do not want us to use them even though appliances never really uses them anymore. They told us to share sncs or key in the sign numbers. Do they realize that this is going to take 10 times longer???? And they will be the first to complain when we are still doing it right up to the last hour before it's time for the store to close for the day. These so called managers are so dumb that they are not qualified to be door greeters at a Walmart!

Oh ad plus a 2nd truck I my store! And no payroll for any of it. Bunch of id--ts. No wonder we are on a sinking ship.

Business as usual remember and they wonder why this company is failing!!

Those in charge get paid the big bucks yet they have lost control!!

They are more worried about our store being inspected by some big honcho than what their employees are trying to tell them

I here you. I tried to warn management about these next 2 Thursday ads and was ignored so good luck trying to get signing done!
