Everything looks good on paper! The UP has to put something on the homepage to actually make them look like a decent company! The only problem is that the people are starting to see through the b---s---! It's a simple interference tactic tactic! They have to try to distract from the obvious! Ok so you laid off 500 people! Well anyone here good with exponents! Those 500 people tell 5 people each, and now there's 2500 that know of the BS! Those 2500 people then tell 5 people each, and now you have 12,500 people that know! The UP's issues are literally going to increase at an exponential rate! They had to give hiring bonuses to get people to come work for them a while back, and yet they wondered why it was hard for them to hire people? The upcoming rounds of layoffs is only the beginning! How people are seriously going to want to go back to work for this company after their numbers start taking a big massive sh--? IM NOT!!!
Those UP2020 stories remind me of the propaganda from that movie “Starship Troopers”.
We've been living his book for a few years now it seems, and not just at work.
