I got promoted to supv 2 years ago, what is the normal severance package - not asking about VSP ? I have 15 years total ?

Not all of us managers are worthless. I care about my frontline and never ask them to do anything I wouldn’t do. Almost to ten years with the company. Yea things are like they used to be but I’ve heard that ever since I started. If you don’t like it leave. We aren’t all bad!
