All states. Judge Drain probably deems it unconscionable to sell extended warranties when you show no signs of being around to warrant them.
I'd still like to know which states
probably in store that might be closing
This right here!
I keep getting told to control the controllables.
WTF does this mean when the entire company is off it's rails and out of control?
Sales are down? Oh maybe it's because we can't get merchandise.
Online orders are not being fulfilled by the store and online help is getting bad complaints over it? Well why are these items still turned on/listed if the store cannot get them?
C'mon "leaders," control the controllables
Watch, the associates will still get yelled at for bad PA numbers, when they legally can't sell them
Forced Chapter 7 in a few weeks...maybe days
I bet Eddie is fuming. That sweet, easy cash comes to a halt.
apparently you were supposed to get the SGM email saying you no longer worked there.
I’m an SGM and I did not get this email .
Doesn't this pretty much screw over any associate on commission? Since that's the only line article that says a decent percentage.
I mean, if they had actual obtainable merchandise..
Hallelujah!
How will this effect SHOS Sears Hometown & Outlet stores? Since the SHOS sell the exact same agreements SHLD sells?
You guys know the Kmart "Smart" protection plan? Were those yanked/suspended also?
Now it’s nationwide and it’s not just HA it’s all departments that offer PAs. This include Protection agreements, Sears Purchase protections, Jewelry Care Plans and Adjustable Base Purchase Protection. It’s effective immediately and has been removed from POS. No other info was provide and SHC is working around the clock to try to get the PAs back as they say. It sounds like a court decision.
It's 34 states. SGM''s received a mail today.
which states?
Only in select states
That is correct
