Something like 32 states can no longer sell pa or rh agreements. Since that is where the money is shouldn’t take long for this ship to sink

I think I can hear the class action lawyer's lining up as I read this.
Sears license to sell these insurance plans was suspended. Not every state requires a license to sell this so that is why some states can still sell
Was this the judges ruling or is it illegal in 32 states to sell PA types of agreements when the company is in bankruptcy proceedings?
It's been about a year that I've thought it is immoral and unethical to sell them.
