Oh but wait, UP is doing it the UP way. Which means? Yes we all know what it means. $ $ $ $ it’s all about the $ and nothing with employees. There are a lot of good people at UP still but unfortunately not at the top to change this direction.

That certainly is the UP Way! This company will be like a train wreck like GE in just a few short years. So sad for good employees and shareholders who are blindsided.
A lot of have people have already walked out instead of being walked out. I wonder if Fritz is expecting that?

I think you mean "The Fritz Way"! All these little catch phrases used to mean something there! There's a lot of information inside that's not relayed to the actual employees! This company strives on BS propaganda to help promote its image through its employees! Now anyone with any psychology experience will know that you control thought through language and information! The PSR plan is the exact same that Harrison did with the other 3! Fritz knows this, but he's only giving information that he believes will glorify the plan! Why didn't he say that layoffs were coming! Anyone that was with the CP, automatically knew what was coming! These layoffs were in the making a very long time ago! If you can control the information and control the way people talk within the company, then you can "control" their thoughts! In short, there's a lot of people within this company that had their lives rattled! The UP is a decaying company that investors think is doing well! The shareholders are the only priority with the company! I've witnessed this with quite a few companies already! If anyone wants to doubt it, then go research some big name companies! Actually research what actually brought them down! The UP is only going to harm itself, and anyone still with it! When the numbers start falling, the cuts will start again! It's never going to end! Wages will fall, failed employments, lack of employments, and hostile working conditions! Who will really want to work for them if they're offering a wage that's comparable to 3rd shift at Wal-Mart!
