To answer the original question, no. Not if no one is willing to supply Sears.
Maybe that's why Kmart has more of a presence on the so called safe list. The expectations for quality are lower than at Sears and the products can be replaced with the cheapest of cheap imports. Someone will always be willing to do business. Think dollar store, Family Dollar, Dollar General.
