Are you joking, OP? $8.36 Million (not Billion) is not a big contract.
It's probably less than Deason's yacht fuel budget.

OK, so a little research shows that this FX contract is in Australia, which is one of the countries Fuji covers in their market area, per agreement with Xerox in the early 2000's. The contract is good news for Fuji Xerox (and indirectly for Xerox, i.e., the 25% of FX that Xerox owns).
(I point this out so as not to detract from the primary discussions on this site about the impact of Xerox layoffs, which for me serves as post-layoff therapy.)
