Two of them got the axe on Friday 11/2. I hear that they are done with cuts but not sure.
Nobody else is reporting it though.

2 red badges in my team have been give 2 weeks notice, nov/16 is final day.
As a red badge customer facing PM I got the news last Thursday out of no where my contract is terminated per 30th Nov. even though my contract runs until 1st of May 2019 so the budget has already been approved. I have been with Cisco for 5 years and even my manager seemed to be really bummed out by my contract termination. Guess it's top down mandatory cuts ...
Are they customer facing (billable) PMs?
