There are many side-tracking impediments placed in my way that get in the way of my doing my actual job. New ones get added all the time.
I suspect, though I cannot be 100% sure, that many of these things I need to do now, that I have not needed to do in the past, are attempts by individuals, bean counters, to justify their own existence.. I wish they get out of my way, stop adding silly layers of minutia, and just let me do my job without their hindering interference hobbling me in my attempt to do so.

@zha, I’m not sure there are currently 80k craft on payroll.
44.5k can be cut the remaining 100k can be pared down. The myth that conference calls are 'work' holds an easy 30% of our peers self-esteem aloft with the illusion of contribution. VZ could function with the right 80k effective immediately.
