It depends on your group and specific deliverables. I've been both in pre-si validation and software. In both jobs I've worked 60 hours weeks, and I've worked 35 hour weeks.

Yeah right, need to sign up with the corporate mail. Good luck with that.
10 hrs for both positions are pretty common. Minimum would be 8 hours of work if everything goes right.
