Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Hasn’t the holiday shopping started? Christmas tree shop up, toy dept up, tool bars up, so

Where is the aggressive advertising and sales?

Seems like it’s the same dull sales as last year less paper advertising, no tv advertising, no incredible deals, same silly games with syw points..

How are we going to “ sleigh the holidays” and WIN this holiday by doing the same thing as last year when the end result was disastrous?

Where are the new ideas for this holiday season?

"Sales have been slightly better since the BK announcement. Anyone who actually still works for the company knows that."

Only because people are buying sh-- on the cheap.

Maybe the aggressive advertising is only at the 400 stores Eddie plans to keep open til the auction

They are aggressively making claims to the media that their holiday sales will be awesome. That's the only marketing aggression I've seen out of HE so far, lol.
