Typical package is 30 days notice (WARN act requires this), then 2 months pay after that. Healthcare lasts the 30 day window (if I remember correctly), then Cobra or whatever else you can find. Then you get 1 week of pay for every week beyond 10 years of service.

depends on your organization. some 30 days, some 60. Everyone doesn't get the same package.
