Hans will need to bathe me in riches to get me to opt in now. 3 weeks uncapped is not enough anymore.

It's just not worth it for me to opt in for an extra 25 weeks over the standard rif. The cap eliminates a year of pay in my case. I can see how vsp may entice those with less years of service but it doesn't work for me. I'll ride it out and take my chances.

Those who get greedy get burnt. Think about what's offered right now, don't go crying later when the rumors of what'll be available are not true.
