Customer Success Casualty?

A little birdie told me that one of her new VPs, CP, is out (already). Interesting times ahead...

CR isn't fond of anything that eats into his profits and almost all of these pseudo customer friendly programs are a load of bs. Oracle cares nothing for its customers except to lock them into exorbitant support bills and refuse to allow them to cancel support. MSL rules are predatory and they wil keep sending you invoices, send you to collections then REFUSE to "let" you buy anything else. Even after moving the whole on premise estate to the cloud, we continued to receive invoices for over a year - yes 1 whole year, then got put in collections and told we weren't allowed to buy anything else. Really Oracle, you won't cancel an erroneous bill, refuse to allow us to cancel support after we were in the cloud (which s---s btw) and we can't buy anything else ? Gosh, maybe we should just move it all to AWS where they treat you with respect.

Not sure this is 100% accurate. All that has been said is CR isn’t fond of the model and sees it as a cost center. He would prefer to offshore all of it and revamp what’s it is. He would prefer the TAM model actual replace the CSM model.
