Enjoy the views and the cafe while it lasts - who knows where our corporate offices will be moving to? OH? TX? NM? India? China? Guatemala?
I know we are outsourcing and the picks are sh--y. But in Ohio we are still hiring and all the damn projects. I don't get it. The workload is down and it is the same people running the projects who have failed with TAT time and time again. Does any of this make sense?

I hope Golden Shore medical buys it back and hires bubba gump shrimp for the cafe. I don’t know why facilities keeps trimana......the food is nasty and upsets my stomach. I hope facilities goes this Friday with the IT Department..
Said it before and will say it again. Molina’s may be gone- but friends and family program is stronger than ever. Heck, people at Corp have left and came back due to this program- even with all the shakeup going down.......basically, friends and family is here to stay until we have a name change (we get sold). Maybe Bubba Gump will buy us?

I am proud to be a Molina Healthcare employee. You sound upset because you probably felt you didn’t deserve to be layed off. It is a very reputable company within the healthcare industry and it is a Fortune 200 company. People who are now being layed off are red flags as it’s managers direction vs consulting team advising; unless nepotism came in to play.
It’s a bit concerning if someone works for Molina and doesn’t know who their competitors are. If you need career suggestions, create a LinkedIn profile as well as Indeed, Monster and the other career related pages. I would caution that Molina’s reputation is pretty bad so hopefully you’ve got other experiences to build a resume with. Minimize your Molina experience. It’s always had a shabby reputation. The job market is pretty bad, thanks to current Administration’s approach to healthcare (the very reason Molina is folding) . I think someone else recommended looking into plans with commercial lines of business and that is wise. Once you get your resume up on the job search sites, recruiters will start reaching out to you. I suggest staying away from Pacific Gateway. They were useless to me. Good luck.

Forget healthcare- stay in LB- Rock bottom brewery, Queen Mary, Hooters, Outback, Starbucks, bubba gump, and the aquarium all are currently hiring in our hood.

I don’t know about great. But pick a healthcare company with commercial lines of business if looking at payers. The Blues perhaps. Wishing you the best!
